Bianca Joseph is a vice president of executive search in London, where she plays a critical role building Sucherman’s growing international search and consulting business. With more than two decades of media industry experience, Bianca’s background includes senior recruitment roles at leading media companies as well as hands-on editorial production expertise. Drawing on her unique background, Bianca has the perspective and network of relationships to help Sucherman’s clients navigate the increasingly complex talent management decisions essential to the future of their organizations.
Bianca joined Sucherman in 2022 from BBC Studios, where she was head of talent for two major divisions. In that role, she was responsible for leading a team of talent executives across the UK and recruiting executive level talent across the organization. Prior to her tenure at BBC, Bianca was a talent executive at ITV Studios Entertainment (now Lifted Entertainment), sourcing and placing editorial hires from entry to senior level positions. As a producer for more than 15 years, she was involved in content development and execution across a wide variety of genres including entertainment, reality, scripted comedy, and independent film. She was instrumental in the casting and shaping of flagship first formats and revivals of successful programming including “Total Wipeout” and “Homestead Rescue.”
Bianca earned her BA in English Literature with honors from the University College London.
