Bridget Ruane oversees Sucherman’s consulting practice, managing the company’s leadership development and organizational design capabilities. In that role, Bridget also is responsible for research and insights, providing the critical intelligence and best practice benchmarking that positions the entire Sucherman team as trusted advisors to media, entertainment, digital and sports brands.
At the helm of the consulting team, Bridget has directed countless successful client projects for organizations including WarnerMedia, A&E, Nat Geo TV, the New York Mets and Paramount. She designs all strategies, drives execution of deliverables and deftly manages senior-level client relationships. Her team develops the benchmarking studies and competitive landscape analyses that reveal shifts in consumer behavior, audience trends and business models, helping clients make informed decisions about people, organization and platforms.
Bridget launched her career as a marketing and sales associate at Disney Theatrical, then joined Sucherman as a research associate and quickly rose through the ranks. During her 15-year tenure, she has played a critical role developing new products and services to respond to our client’s emerging needs, including the company’s bespoke leadership development services, such as our 360 executive assessment tools. She has helped design and implement far-reaching reorganization efforts, developing real-world sustainable structures custom built for each unique culture.
A passionate advocate for LGBTQ representation in media, Bridget is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, GLAAD and Human Rights Campaign. She graduated summa cum laude from St. Joseph’s University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology, and is an active Phi Beta Kappa member.
