As an executive search consultant, Ana Callava plays a critical role in Sucherman’s growing Miami office, delivering the firm’s high-touch, bespoke executive search services to organizations around the world. With a thirty-year career dedicated to executive search, Ana has worked with multinational companies conducting business across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Sucherman, Ana was a managing associate and member of the Global Industrial Practice team at Korn Ferry for six years. Previously, Ana spent nearly a decade at Royal Caribbean International in roles of increasing responsibility. As manager of global talent acquisition, she oversaw the company’s global talent recruitment needs during its greatest expansion period. She began her career in 1991 with Corporate Advisors, a Florida based boutique search firm, where she focused on executive talent placement across a diverse range of industries.
Fluent in Spanish, Ana earned her bachelor’s degree in international human resources at Florida International University. Ana volunteers her time with local and national non-profits involved in children’s causes and the LLS.
