True leaders are identified in a number of ways.

Our reputation hinges on providing the right match. In an industry that has its fair share of “padded” resumes, it’s important to separate fact from fiction. Our extensive background research and industry relationships allow us not only to verify a candidate’s accomplishments and capabilities, but to also identify their potential.

It is imperative to understand a candidate’s qualifications — along with their strengths and weaknesses — but it is equally as important to understand the particular culture of an organization and whether that candidate can fit within it. This is something that other search firms often overlook, but our immense network and decades of experience provide us with thorough insight into every organization’s specific culture which enables us to determine just the right fit.

As technology and social media platforms increasingly drive strategy for media companies across the globe, it is great to have a brainstorming partner like Sucherman Group.

Isaac Lee, Former Chief Content Officer, Univision Communications, Inc.

We think about intelligence on two levels. It is the clever insights, the smart strategies and in-depth analysis necessary in helping our clients achieve their business goals. It’s also sheer intel and raw facts — the true lowdown — an awareness of the industry influencers as well as the next disruptive technology. Only Sucherman Group provides it all, leveraging the best benchmarking and competitive analysis in the business.

We help clients navigate the ever-changing media and entertainment landscape. As content moves from the big screen to the small screen, goes mobile and becomes wearable — we are uniquely positioned to be the premier advisor on the convergence of entertainment and technology. Our competitive edge comes from having an ear to the ground, an eye on the horizon, exclusive access to influential executives and a distinctive focus on every screen. With decisive clarity comes truth.

Each team member at Sucherman Group brings years of unparalleled industry experience, firsthand creative development expertise and extensive insights. It is this comprehensive understanding that enables our thorough approach in delivering solutions for a wide range of media, entertainment and technology challenges.

As today’s media delivery and consumption evolves, we help keep our clients ahead of the curve by anticipating and adapting to tomorrow’s needs. In an industry built upon trust and relationships, we possess the critical characteristics that are inherent to success. Our team is known for our intelligence and insights — as well as for our integrity, discretion and trustworthiness.
